History

Ellemose Put & Take is starting up in 2005. The stokvad family has established a brand new lake, that is lying close to their holding about 7 km outside Lemvig. The lake is situated in beautiful surroundings.

The Idea of opening a new lake, the family had last year, when they were travelling around in the country. They have always been very interested in angling, and they have always dreamed of having their own put and take lake.

Ellemose lake is artificial constructed. They began the excavation of the lake in the beginning of 2005. The lake is expected finished around Juli 2005, when there also will be build a little cabin near by. The cabin will contain toilets/handicaptoilets, various tools, costumer payments, automats with bait for the fishes and drinks for the costumers, and tables and benches where the costumers can sit, and a table with running water for cleaning of the new caught fishes. Besides that there is a possibility for the costumers to get their newcaught fishes smoked in the socalled "Casper Smokehat".
